Something like this https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pJv3dm

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
Storage: Samsung 970 Evo 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Storage: -
Video Card: XFX Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB THICC II Video Card
Power Supply: Corsair TXM Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply

I am not a huge fan of ASRock motherboards so than can be swapped for a similar model of another brand if you would like. I am not sure what your storage requirements are, but an NVME drive is needed for your OS, which will probably not be big enough for everything and you will need a secondary slower but cheaper drive. Also the RAM brand is not set in stone and can be swapped for whatever is the best value at the time of purchase.
