  1. I think at the very least you could just login and claim it - that's what I did. You don't have to install it if you don't feel like playing it. I just claimed it so I could play it later.
  2. Never have I said that I don't enjoy the event. It is undoubtedly my favorite event and in houses with people I enjoy playing with are fun to play. I hardly ever even consider the focus of the event when I decide on attending the event due to its lack of relevance in our games. Please keep in mind that I have never spectated the lower elo games so I have no idea how the focuses are handled in those games. I and many other people felt the same about what league of learning had become. Maybe it's my fault for not clarifying, but I didn't mean to move for "LoL focuses to come back." I said "I think it would be good to have everyone try out something new." I was hoping this would lead us to try new roles or champions, sorry for not being clearer. I had thought all of our feedback had been ignored, but I guess it was just a misunderstanding. Please don't take my replies to Pushover as direct feedback or disrespect, that is just how I would reply to him if we were in discord.
  3. Yeah it's an important part of the game that we should focus on and I can't wait to incorporate it heavily into the game tonight! The games tonight are going to be WILDLY different from the games from previous weeks. I cannot wait!
  4. Yeah clearly it's useful for adc's that's why every vid on it is about adc's. You aren't going to use attack move on anything but an adc unless you've developed a habit already. Regardless, still think it's a weird, narrow topic that is usually just practiced in bot games - could be fun if we all play adc's. That would be a noticeable difference from the games we have every week.
  5. Weird topic. Disagree that it's relevant in every role. Probably another "in-house" league of learning then.
  6. C9 pretty much has to go to group B unless they end up second in play-ins and knockout another 1st place team like EDG or G2. Rough.
  7. I completely agree with what UU is saying. For the longest time now we haven't done anything differently aside from that single game where we agreed to try new champs, which did not go too well because someone was on their most comfortable champion. Thursday matches have devolved to banning out the same exact champions every week and hoping that you get a decent match-up in your lane. I'm not sure if we stopped doing certain things because people didn't like it, but I remember the first few times I attended LoL it was a great place to try out new things or maybe go on an off-role. With many people already being forced into an off-role because of the odd number of junglers/mids, I think it would be good to have everyone try out something new.
  8. Player Name: Lokenn Level: 100 Preferred Roles: Mid Rank: Gold V I am signing up as a free agent. I am not willing to captain.
  9. @MadCast: Pushover's explanation is great. People mostly say "support main" when describing someone that mostly plays the support role and support champions, not so much their play style. With the context of this happening at an event, we point that out when balancing teams so that everyone could be on the role that they want or "main." Having three support mains would lead two of them being on the same team, causing one person to not be on their most comfortable role.
  10. I had some fun with it for a while. Wasn't any good at building so I stopped playing. Still fun to pick up for a couple of games though
  11. This sounds like fun. Count me in.
