Hey guys, I already made one post about this but I didn't get much response. I've started streaming at Https://twitch.tv/Bigdommer1 in order to cast our rocket league tournaments on Sundays. The stream is doing very well considering it is just a few weeks old but at the time of this I am at 42/50 followers to become an affiliate. If I get the last 8 I will then get a subscribe button which will allow some people who have amazon prime to start generating a small amount of revenue for the stream which would be a big help for prizes for the rocket league tournaments. I humbly ask that if any of you have a twitch account that you please login and hit that follow button to help us out! Thanks in advance. Also, I am very likely going to start casting the Madcast League Season 3 matches and am still open for any other suggestions from people if they would like stuff casted or streamed. I will also be streaming some other games whilst playing with Madcast members so that hopefully the stream grows Madcast and Madcast grows the stream in an endless cycle til we take over the world!
So I might be insane here. I just got the WB Humble Bundle yesterday, and that put my Steam library at exactly 200 games. Of which, I've probably installed and played 20% of those. I had this nutty idea that I could play my entire Steam library A-Z, and when I say play, I don't necessarily mean finish. Some of these indie games I may laugh off my computer in 10-15 minutes. But I think that is part of the fun. Anyway, anyone tried anything like this? I think it would be fun to stream it so people could watch and laugh along with me at some of the games. I'm so bad about backlogs, so many console games unfinished, especially with new stuff coming out all the time (PS4 and XBone in the next couple weeks). The whole things would take place over weeks I'm sure, but I'm off work next week before I have a crazy travel schedule, so I was thinking about getting started.
Hey guys! This weekend on Saturday, around 3:00pm MadCast time I'll be streaming Dawngate. I've acquired around about 15 beta keys, so if you're interested stop by! I'll be giving them out in groups of five. The reason being that each key is redeemable five times. See you then!
Hey all. I've been watching streams on Twitch for a while now, especially fighting games and LCS. I even notice we have some MadCasters profiled right here on the website. It gave me the urge to try it for myself. I'd only be streaming PC games (until the PS4 and Xbox One come out, which have it built in), and I basically just need a tutorial on how to get started. Is XSplit the most popular way capture? Do most people just buy the 12 month license? Beyond the basic setup and capture software, what else do I need to worry about? Thanks in advance. I appreciate any help you guys can throw my way to get set up and running!
